  • All prices are in U.S. dollars per room per night based on 1 – 2 people (single or double
    occupancy) based on ROOM ONLY
  • Rates are exclusive of 9% hotels tax and 10% service charge
  • 2 Children under 11 years stay free sharing parents’ rooms and using existing beds
  • Extra person rate is US $25.00 per person per night + Tax and SVC
  • Extra bed is $25.00 per night + Tax and SVC
  • Visa & Master Cards accepted
  • Check-in time: 2:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am. Early occupancy of a room before
    11:00 am is on request basis only. For your guests’ comfort, a late check out is available if
    there are no new guests checking in to that room – it cannot be pre-booked and will depend
    on guest arrivals
  • No Pets Allowed

Booking Your Stay:

All reservations are to be made directly with Falling Leaves Lodge by email. Return confirmations will be sent within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations that occur 60+ days prior will receive a full refund less USD $50.00 per room handling fee; 20 – 59 days prior 50% penalty; 19 days or less prior or No Shows – NO REFUNDS/Full penalty.

  • No refunds will be available for late arrival or early departure.
  • Group Policy: Minimum 5 rooms and/or 10 persons; Group reservations will only be confirmed for 2 or more nights and must include a meal plan. 60 days prior the hotel should receive a final and precise room count. 45 days prior a preliminary room list due along with a 50% deposit. 30 days prior a final room list due with balance of payment.
  • Group Cancellation Policy: due to the nature of group bookings a reasonable number of charges will be expected. Any cancellation or excessive reductions of rooms blocked after the 45 days review will be assessed a fee equivalent to the total revenue lost for each room cancelled.

Tax and Service Charges:

The rates quoted above do not include 10 % service charge and 9 % hotel tax. This is a mandatory fee that is to be added to all nightly rates.
